By downloading, installing, or using the GPS Satellite View: World Maps application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Novus Informations LLC concerning your access to and use of the App.
2. Safety and Navigation Disclaimer
Driver Safety: The App is intended to be used strictly as a navigational aid. You must not interact with the App in a way that distracts you from safely operating a vehicle.
Real-World Conditions: Navigation data, route calculations, traffic updates, weather forecasts, and area measurements are provided for planning purposes only. Real-world weather, road conditions, construction, and traffic laws always supersede the information provided by the App. You must always exercise independent judgment and obey local traffic signs and regulations.
3. License and Permitted Use
Novus Informations LLC grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or controlled by you. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
4. Third-Party Services and Content
The App integrates third-party mapping, analytics, and advertising services. Your use of these integrated features is also subject to the respective terms of service of these third-party providers. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party content.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics within the App, as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned or licensed by Novus Informations LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Novus Informations LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or entirely accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Novus Informations LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost data, personal injury, property damage, or other damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the App without notice at any time. We may also revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be effective immediately upon being published within the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
